HIP HOP DANCE
Our Hip Hop program increases overall fitness while also aiding balance, posture and coordination. It enables children’s stamina and strength! By the end of our sessions, children will have an increased ability to listen, follow instructions and work as a team player.
Our Hip Hop Dance program focuses on the fundamentals of breakdance, locking and popping whilst using every part of the body which is incredible for improving fitness levels.
Dances are tailored to suit differing age levels with a dance battle/cypher at the end of each session reflecting on what they have learnt as well as adding in their own freestyle and growing their self esteem.
Even children who don’t think they like dancing usually love Hip Hop. Our Hip Hop program is suitable for all age levels.
Programs can be designed to suit school’s individual needs, budgets etc.
SPEECH AND DRAMA (SHOW BASED)
Our Speech and Drama Show program takes the children on a journey from page to stage working towards a variety show/Christmas concert/summer display. Our aims and objectives are to boost the children’s self esteem through a series of drama styles.
Our Speech and Drama Show program focuses on drama styles such as Mime, Script work, Song and Dance accumulating in a variety show at the end of the program.
Classes are tailored to suit differing age levels with benefits of exercise building muscular strength in a fun environment.
Even children who don’t think they like Drama usually love our show program. Our Speech and Drama program is suitable for all age levels.

MUSICAL MADNESS
Our Musical Theatre program Instills creativity into children through theatre.
Whilst focusing on the art of singing, dancing and acting through song, children will learn pieces from popular musicals such as Annie, Matilda, Legally Blonde and Hairspray.
Our Musical Theatre program goers will learn song writing, script writing, directing, process drama, creative process, accumulating in a show at the end of the program.
Classes are tailored to suit differing age levels with benefits of exercise building muscular strength in a fun environment.
Even children who don’t think they like dancing usually love Musical Theatre. Our Musical Madness program is suitable for all age levels.

Teacher’s review of our Speak Out Primary Program
Sonya ran a 6 week course in Hip-Hop for the junior classes in the school where I teach last year. The children were active and engaged throughout. There was lovely progression throughout the course, each week adding new moves and building on what they had learned the previous weeks.
The course provided a child friendly introduction to the history of hip-hop dancing and Sonya kept everything very current and tailored to their interests- namely ‘The Greatest Showman’.
It was lovely to see the children have fun, learn, and most of all to see their confidence grow as Sonya gave them a safe space to try out something new. Highly recommend Sonya and her lessons to other primary schools.
